Never received package

I have been waiting for this package for 2 weeks. I have not received anything yet.

Terrible customer service

Your stores need updating because there aren’t any and when ordering online and awaiting delivery that gives no knowledge of where it is you can’t get in contact with anyone !
No emails were answer although I sent four in total
Such a shame as the company used to be amazing

NOT the same Bubbles Oodles you know and loved

These are clearly not the same bubble formula as the original bubble oodles. The bubbles are larger and do not hang in the air like the original formula. Save your money!!!

It came broken and the support team doesn't respond

It was delivered without a lid and it was spilled all over the package. I reported it to the support team asking for a new product but they never responded.

It really takes 1 month to deliver this item?

It cost $29 with shipping and shipping appears to have been by someone on foot or on a bicycle. Tracking didn't work correctly and customer service seems to have gone on a long vacation. If this stuff wasn't a proprietary formula, I would never buy it again.
